It’s safe to say that MIB have truly claimed their title as the biggest function band in the world, after being chosen as the only band to perform to 300,000 people in Hyde Park for the Royal Wedding, picked to back some of the worlds most famous comedians (Jonathan Ross, Rob Brydon), and being booked for top secret celebrity parties! The band have an exceptional wealth of knowledge and experience, using top UK session players who play for artists such as Professor Green, Rudimental, The Spice Girls, Take That, Robbie Williams, Lily Allen, Amy Winehouse, James Morrisson, Beyonce, Gloria Gaynor, Jools Holland…to name only a few! This means that when you book MIB you are guaranteed outstanding musicianship, from players who have played all over the world to audiences of up to 300,000 people!
The band prides themselves on playing a hugely diverse range of music, and understand that not everyone wants to hear the same old songs that the majority of function bands play! While featuring all the classics from the 50s,60’s,70’s and 80’s, the band also include a more modern selection of music from the present day, which means MIB can cater for audiences of any age!
The band also have a very ‘live’ chemistry which means no two gigs are ever the same – and you’ll notice by the smiles on their faces that they love every minute of it! MIB realise that every event is different, therefore we can tailor make our line-up to suit most sizes of rooms, audiences and budgets. We currently offer the band with 4-12 piece options!
We’ve recently developed our all male 4 piece option ‘MIB Rocks’ (link back to http://mydevfactory.com/~kunal/simongreenhill/event/mib-rocks/) – playing indie and rock covers from 60s to the present day.
